Delete your account
Request deletion of your CY Deliver account and its associated personal information. You can make this request without installing or signing in to the app.
Request account deletion by email
Email support@cubicyard.com with the subject CY Deliver Account Deletion.
Include the name and email address associated with your account, and your company or yard name so we can locate the account. If possible, send the request from your account email address.
Please do not send your password or verification codes. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
What happens to your data?
Account deletion includes deletion of the personal information associated with your account, except information we are required or permitted by law to retain. Retained information is kept only for those purposes and for as long as necessary.
If processing your request takes additional time, we will explain the expected timeframe and confirm when deletion is complete.
You can also initiate deletion in CY Deliver from Profile > Delete Account. See our privacy policy for our retention and deletion practices.
